TFAC meeting

The purpose of the meeting was to distribute the Spring 2003 TFAC proposals and assign primary reviewer groups and individuals to each proposal. As each TFAC member reviews all the proposals , any questions related to a specific proposal should be directed to the primary reviewer who will try to get answers. Primary reviewers should feel free to contact the author of the proposals to become more familiar with its content in order to provide more detailed comments to questions during the review discussion process.

There are 15 TFAC participants, with 12 voting members, The voting members were divided into groups:
