Upward Bound is a federally funded program
designed to help you succeed in high school and to prepare you for
continued success in college. NDSU's Upward Bound Project provides
you, free of charge, with academic, cultural, and social activities
designed to build your skills, motivation, and self-confidence.
These are skills necessary for success in school, in careers, and
in life.
Eligibility Requirements: You may qualify for
participation in Upward Bound if you meet one of the following
criteria: family's income is at or below federally determined
guidelines, you come from a family in which neither parent holds a
four-year degree, or you have a diagnosed disability. You must be
between the ages of thirteen and nineteen and must have graduated
from the eighth grade and not have begun the twelfth grade. Schools
in the target area include: Fargo Public Schools and West Fargo
Public Schools.

We will be working at the marathon again.
We will meet at the McDonalds on 19th Ave and University Drive at
6:45 a.m. Make sure you dress appropriately and remember your
P-logs!
