Eligibility Requirements
You may qualify for participation in Upward Bound if your family's income is at or below federally determined guidelines, and/or if you come from a family in which neither parent holds a four-year degree. You must be between the ages of 13 and 19 and must have graduated from the eighth grade and not have begun the twelfth grade.If the layout of this web page appears plain, and you see few or no graphics, you are probably looking at it with a browser or device that does not fully support CSS.
