What Is Upward Bound?
Upward Bound is a federally funded program designed to help you succeed in high school and to prepare you for continued success in college.NDSU's Upward Bound Project provides you, free of charge, with academic, cultural, and social activities designed to build your skills, motivation, and self-confidence. These are skills necessary for success in school, in careers, and in life.
