How to Transfer VA Benefits
For students who have drawn VA benefits while attending a different school:
Chapters 30, 1606, and 1607
- Complete "Change of Program/Place of Training" (22-1995) form with the VA Certifying Official in the Military & Veterans Services office (Ceres Hall 211) or Office of Registration and Records (Ceres Hall 110)
Chapter 35
- Complete "Change of Program/Place of Training" (22-5495) form with the VA Certifying Official in the Military & Veterans Services office (Ceres Hall 211) or Office of Registration and Records (Ceres Hall 110)
