IT Award nominations are solicited and accepted from the campus in January of each year
Applications are submitted using an online process. To request an alternative format, contact the committee chair
Nominations should provide specific evidence to substantiate how an IT need for the Division, a department, or constituents of the campus was resolved or addressed within the last 18 months
Individuals on the recognition committee cannot submit a nomination; however, they are eligible for all awards. If nominated, they will remove themselves during the selection process regarding their nomination.
In addition to the recognition committee members, three or four members from the campus at large serve on the selection panel
The Vice President for Information Technology announces the award recipients during the first quarter of each calendar year
A formal recognition event honors the award recipients and nominees, nominators are invited to participate in the event
