Bonnie Neas, vice president for information technology, is looking for feedback on the present status and future needs of information technology at NDSU. The feedback gathered will provide a basis for developing a cohesive, robust IT environment to successfully support the education, research and administrative efforts of a growing university.
Neas heads the new Information Technology Division, which comprises University Telecommunications and Information Technology Services.
To get the discussions started, Neas presented "Defining IT at NDSU," a two-session open forum held March 27 on the needs, challenges and direction of technology services. The following is available from that event:
