Faculty and Staff - personal changes
- For name change, complete a name change form at Human Resources/Payroll. Please bring appropriate paperwork, i.e., Social Security Card, and, if applicable, Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree.
- For campus address, phone number, email address, building or room information changes, please send an email to ndsu.hr@ndsu.edu. Include your name, Empl ID and correction information.
NOTE: You may be required to provide an ID. Personal changes can not be done by the webmaster and should not be sent to the webmaster email.
Faculty and Staff - department changes
For changes to the Central Administration Directory and Departmental Directory found on the Phonebook page, please email the changes to the NDSU Webmaster.
