CPR/AED & First Aid Classes

 

Emergencies can happen anytime.  Are you prepared?  Our American Red Cross Courses provide you with the critical training that you need for an emergency. In this course we will  teach participants how to recognize and respond to emergency situations.  

Adult CPR and AED

This course covers Adult CPR and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). It runs approximately 3 hours in length and is open to NDSU Students, Staff, and Faculty.

Register at the Wellness Center Customer Service Desk. 
Registration Begins on August 25th and ends 1-day prior to the class date.

Bring your NDSU Bison ID Card or Wellness Center Membership Card and payment when you register.

Max Participants: 20 per class

Cost: $35.00

Location:  Wellness Center Classroom 166

Dates: Fall 2014

October 7th: 8:00 am - 11:00 am  
November 19th: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

 

First Aid

This course covers how you can respond to basic first-aid emergencies at home, in the workplace, and outdoors. This course runs approximately 3 hours in length and is open to NDSU Students, Staff, and Faculty.

Register at the Wellness Center Customer Service Desk. 
Bring your NDSU Bison ID Card and payment when you register.

Max Participants: 20 per class

Cost: $30.00

Location:  Wellness Center Classroom 166

Dates: Fall 2014

November 6th: 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Parking Information

If you have a valid NDSU Parking Permit:
A valid NDSU parking permit (Fargo Dome permits excluded) allows you to park at the NDSU Wellness Center (WE Lot) for up to (2) consecutive hours, one time during the day, Monday – Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  You are required to use the pay station for any parking beyond (2) hours.

If you DO NOT have a NDSU Parking Permit:
You must use the (WE Lot) pay stations to pay for parking at the Wellness Center.
