What is Zumba?
Zumba is a dynamic and exiting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors! The routines feature aerobic interval training (fitness interval training) that tone and sculpt the body while having a good time. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, ABS and the most important muscle in the body, the heart. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps, so you don’t have to know to dance to Zumba and at the end still get the results you want.Zumba uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It combines these fitness methods with hot, sexy and explosive Latin and exotic music rhythms to create a fitness program in fun “PARTY-LIKE” atmosphere.
