Mar. 31 - Core Stability with Anne Storey
Apr. 28 - Kettlebells with Mitchell Ruegemer
Learn the basics of Kettlebell from Personal Trainer Mitchell Ruegemer. This workshop will focus on full body strength and muscle endurance activity using the Kettlebells. If you have never used Kettlebells, or want to make your kettle bell workout more effective, this training is for you.
Register at least 5 days prior to each session at the Wellness Center Customer Service desk.
Wellness on Wheels (W-o-W)
Our fitness staff bring the workout to you! Wellness on Wheels will travel to any building on the NDSU campus (including downtown campus, residence halls, sorority and fraternity houses) with a lively 15-45 minute program.
Wellness on Wheels Programs Include
W-o-W Personal Training (1-3 persons - $20/per person; 3-5 persons - $15/per person)
W-o-W Group Exercise Classes
Pilates/Yoga ($50/class: 45 minutes)
Zumba/Hip Hop Dance ($50/class: 45 minutes)
Hard Core/The Wringer ($30/class: 15-20 minutes)
Additional costs may apply if additional instructors are needed due to a large number of participants.
Wellness on Wheels is available to individuals or groups.
