RIP is a 60-minute barbell group strength program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.
PIYO™ Strength (NEW)
PiYo™ is a unique athletic blend of strength training and core conditioning with a foundation in Pilates and Yoga. The combined moves form effective choreography that’s challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.
A 15-minute workout that works everything through the core region of the body.
The Wringer is an extremely high intense interval class. It’s short and sweet and lasts about 20 minutes. This class will really bump up the intensity! Research shows that if you are able to get your heart rate up towards your max heart rate zone you will burn MORE calories and faster! Also, you continue to burn calories for up to 48 hours after the workout. So if you don't have an hour to workout or you just like a no hold barred workout that will push you to the limits…this is your class. You’ll be “Wringing” the sweat out of that towel after this class!
Strength and Sculpt
This class is an all in one body BLAST!! A mix of cardiovascular and strength exercises that will work multiple muscle groups at a time. A mix of different exercises will keep your body guessing and keep you having fun and wanting more. Be ready to SCULPT yourself into better shape and a new you!
High Intensity Interval Training!! In this class you will be doing cardio and strength moves with everything you've got. We'll go all out for set timed intervals of work to rest within a circuit format. This class is for everyone trying to lose weight, strengthen and sculpt their body and make gains in all around fitness! Come join us for an hour.
