Gentle Core Yoga
This class is an introduction to basic yoga asana (posture) practice which coordinates movement, breathing (pranayama), core lift and contemplative mindfulness practice. This slow, gentle class creates spacious freedom in body, mind and spirit. Through the development of core strength, you will enjoy the release of stiffness, strengthen your muscles and bring freedom of movement to hips, spine, back, shoulders and neck. Movements are combined with breath to revive energy and release stress. Leave class feeling mentally refreshed, physically and emotionally balanced.
