BOD POD® GOLD STANDARD Body Composition
The most accurate way to determine your body composition (Fat Mass/Lean Mass). This safe, non-invasive method requires that you wear a bathing suit or spandex clothing. You will also get results for your resting metabolic rate (RMR) and total energy expenditure (TEE) to help you determine how many calories you need to consume each day.

Skin Fold Body Composition
This is a quick way to measure your body composition (Fat Mass/Lean Mass). This method uses skinfold calipers to measure between 3- 7 different sites on women and men.
COST: $5.00 (Wellness Center MEMBERS ONLY)
TIME: 20 minutes
Program Design Basic Package
The Program Design Basic Package is set up to help you get started in helping you achieve your fitness goals. If you prefer to workout on your own, need to change your routine, but are looking for a little direction, this is the right package for you. This package includes:
- “GET FIT” Test and Evaluation, to measure your baseline fitness level.
- Personally Designed 4-week exercise program
- (1) 45-minute Personal Training session to orient you to your new 4-week program.

Program Design PLUS+ Package
The Program Design PLUS+ Package is includes a post test Fitness Evaluation to measure any improvements you have made. It's a Great Deal! This package includes:
- “GET FIT” Test and Evaluation, to measure your baseline fitness level. (pre-test)
- Personally Designed 4-week exercise program
- (1) 45-minute Personal Training session to orient you to your new 4-week program
- “GET FIT” Test and Evaluation to measure your post program fitness level. (post-test)
