Group Exercise Guidelines

  1. Everyone must pick up a Group Exercise participation card from the Control Desk in the Wellness Center in order to participate in any Group Exercise class.
  2. Cards may be picked up any time during the day for classes on that day. Cards may be reserved over the phone as well as in person. One reservation per person. If reserved by phone, cards will be held until 15 minutes prior to class. If not picked up, they will be released.

Group Exercise classes are FREE to all Wellness Center member. Guest passes are available for $5.00.

This schedule is subject to change as classes are added, removed, etc.
