Massage Therapy

Are you stressed from your hectic schedule? Do your neck, back and shoulders ache from carrying a heavy backpack or spending too many hours in front of a computer? A massage is a great way to relax and relieve the stress that impairs your body alignment.

Massage stretches and lengthens muscles and reduces muscle spasms. Chronic muscle tension and soreness can impair performance and even lead to injury when stressed. Our massage therapist will work related muscle groups to relieve the stress that may impair your body alignment, helping muscles throughout the body work more efficiently. Because massage can increase circulation, it can also help reduce swelling and increase the supply of nutrients needed for healing. Massage also promotes restful sleep, improved circulation and increased concentration.
