NDSU Student Membership
All current NDSU students are eligible for Wellness Center membership during each semester in which they are currently enrolled for classes, as long as they are paying the Health & Wellness Fee with tuition. For example: Student enrolled in Fall classes, may have membership for the Fall semester; Student enrolled in Summer Classes, may have membership for the Summer Semester.
There is no additional charge to students to use the Wellness Center, if they are paying the Health & Wellness Fee with tuition. There is no minimum number of credits required to attain full access to the Wellness Center. Students who withdraw or are not enrolled in classes during the semester (fall, spring, summer) are ineligible to utilize the Wellness Center unless they have a Dual Membership or a Summer Student Membership.
Before the first visit to the Wellness Center each academic year, each student MUST register their NDSU Bison ID Card through our online Web-Trac link, found on the homepage of our website. The Web-Trac link will take you through a process to activate your NDSU Bison ID care after you agree to an online liability waiver. Each student must show his or her NDSU Bison ID Card on each visit to the Wellness Center.
Individuals are not allowed to utilize the facility without their Bison ID Card!
Summer student membership policies are effective the Monday following spring commencement through the Saturday before fall semester classes begin.
Summer School Students:
There is no additional charge to use the Wellness Center for Students registered for summer classes and paying the Health and Wellness Fee. Each summer school student must complete the online registration process before they can enter and utilize the Wellness Center.
Non-Summer School Student Membership:
A fee (subject to change) for the summer will be assessed to students not taking summer classes but enrolled in school for the fall semester. Students must provide a copy of their FALL SCHEDULE and NDSU BISON ID Card when purchasing the summer membership.
Non-students (not enrolled in summer or fall semester):
Individuals who graduate in May or who have not enrolled in either summer or fall semesters are ineligible to use the Wellness Center during the summer unless they meet one of the other membership eligibility guidelines.
