Wellness Center Student Pass/Online Waiver Instructions
Student Pass Activation Instructions
1. Go To www.ndsu.edu/wellness
2. On the UPPER RIGHT corner, look for “ACTIVATE YOUR BISON CARD”.
3. Click on the link “WEBTRAC ONLINE WAIVER”.
4. Enter first part of your email (firstname.lastname) and campus password.
· Click “ take me to WebTrac”
· Select a “Pass Type”. This should be the current semester that you are enrolled for.
· Select a “Family member to register” and select your name.
· Click “Add to Cart”
· Read the Waiver, and click “ Agree”, if you agree with it.
· Click “Proceed to Checkout”
· Make sure your information is correct, then click “Finish”
· You may logout of the system, when you are finished.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PRINT OUT THE CONFIRMATION
