My child would like to sign up for 4-H what do we need to do?
How do I register for events?
I have a new email address; do I need to create a new profile?
When I try to login to 4hOnline it says my profile doesn't exist but when I try to create a new profile it says that there is already a profile using that email address. What is going on?
To reset your password you will need to select the option, "I forgot my password". It will then ask for the email address that is associated with your 4hOnline profile. Click Send My Password and a temporary password will be sent to your email. At that point you will be able to go and logon to 4hOnline using the new password. NOTE: the password is case sensitive so it is recommended that you copy and paste from your email. After logging on with the new password the system will ask you to create your own password.
If you were a 4-H member last year, you have a profile.
If you had a profile last year you still have the same profile this year (same login and password).
If you are a non 4-H'er and you registered for an event last year (i.e. camp, aerospace, OMK events), you have a profile.
If you can't remember the email address that you used please contact your local county extension office. They will be able to assist you in retrieving that information.
A lot of our state events are open to 4-H members and non members alike. In order to register for those events you will have to have a 4hOnline family profile. This tip sheet was developed to walk you through the process of enrolling a non 4-H'er in 4hOnline.
Please contact your local county extension office. They will have information on clubs, projects, and how to enroll in 4hOnline.
Please read the following tip sheet.
No. Logon to 4hOnline with your old email address. Once you are on the family Member List page you will see next to your family name (in the upper left side of the screen) an Edit Family button. You can click on that and there you will have the option to change your email address, your mailing address, and your password. Once that is changed your login will change to the new email address.
If this happens it means that your profile was Archived. Please do not create another profile. Contact your local county office and they will be able to retrieve your profile.
