State 4-H Meats Judging Contest - June 6, 2019

To educate and expose you, the consumer, to factors that will enable you to identify cuts of meat at the store. Knowing cuts of meat and the area of the carcass in which the cuts came from will allow you to create a more enjoyable meal.
