One of the best ways to get a feel for North Dakota State University is to visit campus. Weekday visits for prospective students and families may include a campus tour from a current student and a meeting with an Admission Counselor. Academic appointments may be requested but are not guaranteed. Weekday visits can be scheduled to begin from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Weekday Campus Tour
A student-led walking tour of campus lasts approximately one hour and includes our state-of-the-art classroom facilities, a residence hall, a dining center, wellness center, library and more. (Much of the walking tour will be outside. Please dress accordingly to ensure your comfort.)
Weekday Admission Counselor Meeting
Meet with an admission counselor to review the admission process, discuss majors, cost, financial aid, scholarships, and learn more about what NDSU has to offer. Transfer students may receive an unofficial transcript evaluation.
Weekday Academic Appointments
Academic appointments may be requested but are not guaranteed. If you would like to request an academic appointment as part of your campus visit, please complete this form at least one week in advance. After your request is processed, a confirmation including a detailed schedule, campus map and parking information, will be mailed to your home.
In addition to the campus tour, we offer optional building tours that showcase specific majors and facilities.
