Durum Day
Dakota Growers Pasta/8th Avenue Foods, in cooperation with the NDSU Carrington REC, are developing this program to provide updates on durum production, grain quality and markets for established as well as potential durum growers.
The event’s agenda includes presentations by NDSU crop specialists and industry representatives during field tours of research trials. The event also includes a sponsored noon lunch.

• Grain quality and impact on pasta
• Market outlook
• Pasta industry insights
