National Diabetes Prevention Program
This program provides education and support for people with diabetes and those who are at high risk for developing prediabetes.
Participants meet for a year - weekly for 13 weeks, twice a month for four months and then once a month for four months, to maintain healthy lifestyle changes.
Together participants celebrate their successes and find ways to overcome obstacles.
Could You Have Prediabetes? 1 in 4 adults in ND have prediabetes. Only 10% know they do.
