Youth can be excited about raising cattle, and your role in beef production! North Dakota State University Extension is offering the a FREE webinar series with a 13- to 18-year old target audience interested in beef cattle production. This is catered for 4-H, FFA, and all youth interested in learning how they can be part of agriculture!

Each one-hour-long webinar will be hosted live, beginning at 6:30 p.m. CST each evening. Webinars will consist of a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers.

The webinar series is free; however, preregistration is required. Those who preregister will receive emailed instructions to participate in the meeting.

  • February 28: Beef Artificial Insemination and Sync Protocols
  • March 7: Natural Breeding Service
  • March 14: Post Calving/Pre-Breeding Nutrition
  • March 21: Show Animal Nutrition
  • March 28: Grazing Readiness

We encourage participants to attend each of our sessions though it is not a requirement.
