Little Free Libraries Thank You Cards

Third grader Students from Madison Elementary in North Fargo created these great thank you cards for the architecture Students who designed the Little Free Library. Look closely and you will see that they even made a drawing of the winner design that was installed at their school.

Fargo/Moorhead Little Free Libraries Competition

Architecture student and Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society member Shawn Pauly, spearheaded the Fargo/Moorhead Little Free Libraries competition. The Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society and the Department of Architecture and Landscape Architecture partnered with the Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation to offer a design-build petition for architecture students to create Little Free Libraries.The libraries will find homes throughout the Fargo/Moorhead community.

Great News! Congratulations to Architecture Program Alumni,
Rick Dahl, AIA and Mike Boldenow of BWBR

Mr. Dahl became a principal in 2005 and was recently named director at BWBR. Mr. Boldenow joined BWBR in 1990 and recently became a principal. BWBR was founded 92 years ago and is an award winning architecture firm that focuses on office, science and healthcare buildings. They are located in St. Paul, Minnesota. The firm sponsors the BWBR Prize which provides students in the third year of undergraduate studies the chance to compete for a financial prize by demonstrating not only their work, but also their presentation skills and personalities in front of an expert jury.
