Inspirational folks are composers, fiction authors, and keen observers, such as, Caroline Shaw, Jose Saramago, and Robin Evans – respectively.
Outside of art and design fields, what inspires you?
Contemporary classical music and literary fiction, particularly, magical realism
What do you wish you had known when you started out as a student/in this field?
Humility is an undervalued virtue.
What was your most memorable meal?
Any meal with my family and/or good friends.
In your office, you can only have three things, one book, one tool, and one picture. What would they be and why?
A sketchbook, a Prismacolor Ebony graphite pencil, and a picture of my sons on the beach in California
