Mike Krush, associate professor of marketing and director of the NDSU Center for Professional Selling and Sales Technology, was quoted in a new Wallethub.com story titled “2017’s Best and Worst Places to Celebrate 4th of July.” The June 26 article was written by senior writer Richie Bernardo.
Krush was one of five experts across the country to be interviewed for the article.
The story asks questions like:
Should cities invest in parades or large fireworks displays? “Like any marketing opportunity, it depends,” Krush said. “I might suggest that activities such as a large fireworks display and/or parade be included within a city’s integrated marketing plan, rather than be a singular or one-off event.”
Krush earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of South Dakota, Master of Business Administration from Iowa Tippie School of Management and doctorate at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He teaches marketing strategy and sales at NDSU.
“Opportunities like this article are great ways to develop awareness of NDSU and its College of Business,” Krush said.
