Petersen Publishes in JMAR

The manuscript, “Further Evidence on the Negativity Bias in Performance Evaluation: When Does the Evaluator's Perspective Matter?" has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Management Accounting Research (American Accounting Association). It was written by Mike Petersen, Assistant Professor of Accounting. The results of the study help in identifying and resolving points of conflict and potentially dysfunctional relationships between supervisors and employees.
