Mike Krush is associate professor of marketing and director of the Center for Professional Selling & Sales Technology at the NDSU College of Business. Mike oversees the strategic operations of the center, and teaches Personal Selling and Advanced Personal Selling within the sales curriculum, as well as Marketing Strategy for marketing graduates and MBAs. His experience includes marketing and financial services, brand management, and small business consulting. His research interests include sales and sales management. marketing capabilities, and marketing systems.

Gerry Macintosh is professor and chair of the department of Management/Marketing at the NDSU College of Business. Dr. Macintosh teaches the Sales Management and Service Marketing classes within the sales curriculum. His industrial background is in sales of financial services. His research interests include sales, sales management, relationship marketing, and services. Dr. Macintosh's research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Behavior, the Journal of Personnel Selling and Sales Management, and the Journal of Services Marketing, among others.
