NDSU College of Engineering and Architecture Technical Support

CEA Tech Support provides information technology services to the College of Engineering and Architecture at North Dakota State University. Our support team is composed of staff and students, working together to keep the college’s computer systems up and running. We operate out of the CME building, room 120G.

CEA Tech Support handles the following areas:

End User Support: Provide in-place service for institutional desktop and laptop computer systems and peripherals. Provide installation and problem resolution support for CEA software packages and other applications as warranted.

Computer Clusters: Configure, manage, image, and maintain CEA department computer clusters. These clusters are located within the individual college departments.

Distributed Support: Provide technology Point of Contact for the College of Engineering and Architecture for technology consultations and CEA liaison with other campus entities. Provide equipment maintenance and support for servers and distributed computing resources. Maintain college Active Directory resources.
