Bio

Dongwook (Jimmy) Kim is a postdoctoral researcher with the Challey Institute for Global Innovation and Growth and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Business at North Dakota State University. His research focuses on innovation strategy in the creative industry and the tension firms face between comercialization and innovation. His dissertation was titled "Tension Between Creative and Suits: The Effect of Resource Endowments on Firm Performance." He is interested in understanding how firms allocate resources depending on their goals and purposes.
