Reinholz has served in various technical management capacities at the NDSU Center for Nanoscale Science & Engineering (CNSE) since 2004. He coordinates with industry partners during management of multiple project executions, leads strategic planning and marketing, and oversees engineering service centers. Reinholz previously was employed by Rockwell Collins, Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, working in various product development hardware engineering, systems engineering and project management roles.

Noah received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University, Fargo, in 1980 and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University in 1981. He has 26 years of experience in the field of signal processing, high-speed communication equipment design, venture capital, business formation and business hyper-growth.
Executive Director, Corporate & Foundation Research Relations
Jolynne Tschetter builds research relationships and sponsorship opportunities with foundations and business partners interested in accessing research expertise at NDSU. She previously served as the commercialization manager for the North Dakota Department of Commerce. In this capacity, she managed Research North Dakota, a research and development grant program focused on public/private partnerships. She holds a B.S. degree in biotechnology from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota, and a Ph.D. in veterinary science from Washington State University, Pullman, Washington.
Tschetter’s professional background includes: a post-doctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute; research positions at a start-up biotechnology company and at a large pharmaceutical company; a research assistant professor position at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia; as well as promoting economic development in her prior position with the North Dakota Department of Commerce.
