  • Andrea Coleman, BUS ’06 university studies, oversees operations and is the designer for Kitchen Refresh in the Fargo and Grand Forks areas in North Dakota and the St. Cloud and Minneapolis-St. Paul areas in Minnesota.
  • Michael Wickham, BS ’03 business administration, was promoted to business banking officer, vice president, at the Starion Bank’s Urban Plains location in south Fargo.
  • Jonathan Morgenroth, BS ’05 civil engineering, joined Moore Engineering Inc. as a senior professional engineer in the firm’s transportation group.
  • Amber Terveen, BS ’08 zoology, joined Family HealthCare in Fargo. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa and is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota.
  • Jamie Nelson, MS ’06 education, was recently hired as the head coach for the Moffat County High School football program in Craig, Colorado.
  • Clara Osowski, BMA ’08 music arts, received the $25,000 McKnight Fellowship for Musiciansaward. She is a mezzo-soprano from Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. She became the first-ever American prize-winner when she placed second at Thomas Quasthoff's International Das Lied Competition in Heidelberg, Germany, and she was awarded the Richard Tauber Prize for the best interpretation of Schubert Lieder at the Wigmore Hall/Kohn Foundation Song Competition in London. She will be on the faculty at the Aspen Music Festival's Professional Choral Institute in August.
  • Christopher Brossart, BS ’02 crop and weed science, was elected to a three-year term as a director of the North Dakota Soybean Council. He is a farmer from Wolford, North Dakota, who represents 13 northwest North Dakota counties.
  • Michael Schlosser, BS ’02 plant protection, was elected to a three-year term as a director of the North Dakota Soybean Council. He is a farmer who represents LaMoure and Dickey Counties.
  • Heather Collins, BS ’01 respiratory care, was promoted to manager of account executives at Discovery Benefits, Fargo.
  • Shonda Mertz, MEd ’05 educational administration, was named principal at Sunrise Elementary School in Bismarck, North Dakota.
