  • Brian Samuelson, BS ’16 biochemistry and molecular biology, joined Aldevron as a bio-manufacturing operator. The biotechnology company has headquarters in Fargo. 
  • Matt Krusen, BS ’13 microbiology, joined Aldevron as a client relations coordinator. The biotechnology company has headquarters in Fargo.
  • David Leverson, 73, BS ’70 economics, had a lengthy career working with Johnson Diversey Corp. in industrial chemical sales. He lived in Fargo. 
  • Robert Coit, 74, BS ’68 animal science, worked for Purina Feeds, Peavey and Zip Feeds. He eventually started his own feed company, Coit Feeds. He lived in Valley City, North Dakota.
  • Diane (Pedersen) Stoltz, 62, BS ’76 medical technology, worked in the microbiology departments at St. Alexius Hospital and Northern Plains Laboratory. She lived in Bismarck, North Dakota.
  • Donald Kline, 69, BS ’69 history, was a teacher and coach in Minnesota before having a successful career in educational sales. He lived in Shorewood, Minnesota.
  • H. Morgan Lacy, 68, MS’ 79 general science, was the laboratory director and corporate director of quality assurance for General Nutrition Corp. He later worked at the Iowa State University Research Park for New Emerging Biotechnology Companies as a laboratory and quality manager. He lived in Fessenden, North Dakota.
  • Virginia (Fitch) Walby, 90, BS ’49 home economics, was a homemaker who took part in band performances most of her life. She lived in Hettinger, North Dakota.
  • John Shortall, 68, BS ’76 arts, humanities and social sciences, was a drilling fluid engineer in the oilfields. He was a board member for the Sea Lions swim organization. He lived in Williston, North Dakota. 
  • Elizabeth (Wahlers) Bobb, 83, Diploma ’54 Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing, was a registered nurse who was a girls 4-H leader and Sunday school teacher. She lived in Dickinson, North Dakota.
