  • Ryan J. Wall, BS ’04, mechanical engineering, was named factory manager in the Crookston, Minnesota, factory of American Crystal Sugar Co. November 2016
  • Amber Vogel, BS ’03, business administration, was a finalist for the BAI Emerging Leaders Scholarship and received free registration to BAI Beacon, a conference in Chicago focused on issues facing financial services leaders. She is a business process analyst with Alerus. November 2016
  • Dustin Vandervorst, BS ’04, agricultural economics, joined AgriLabs as territory manager for the High Plains, which includes Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. November 2016
  • Suzanne Skogen, BS ’07, exercise science, sociology, joined Pediatric Therapy Partners as an occupational therapist. She has experience in pediatric outpatient clinic, early intervention and school settings and is certified in Handwriting Without Tears. November 2016
  • Kyle Haugland, BS ’06, business administration, was named assistant vice president and commercial loan officer at the West Fargo branch of BlackRidgeBANK. November 2016
  • Matthew Watson, BS ’07, business administration, was promoted to senior financial advisor, first vice president-investments at Wells Fargo Advisors. November 2016
  • Shana Forster, BS ’00, crop and weed science, MS ’03, plant sciences, is the new director of the North Central Research Extension Center in Minot, North Dakota. She has worked at the center for eight years and is the first female to hold the post. November 2016
  • Nicole (Schlecht) Olafson, BS '01, interior design, started Nicole Olafson + Interior Design, a design business in Edinburg, North Dakota. It specializes in interior design services, space planning and kitchen and bath design. November 2016
  • Joshua Herbold, BS ’06, business administration, was promoted to business banking team lead at Bremer Bank, Fargo. October 2016
