  • Joshua Feil, BS ’12 agricultural and biosystems engineering, earned his professional engineering license in North Dakota. He works for Moore Engineering’s Municipal Group in the Bismarck, North Dakota, office.
  • Zachary Bullinger, BS ’11 electrical and electronic engineering, was promoted to electrical and control systems manager at the American Crystal Sugar Co. Technical Services Center. He will lead the engineering group that provides electrical and control systems support to American Crystal and United Sugars operations.
  • Courtney Schaff, BS ’13 women and gender studies, received a Bush fellowship, which will provide up to $100,000 to aid leadership efforts to create change in communities. She is an organizer with North Dakota United, an educators and public employees union with about 11,500 members. She will advocate for more education about public policy and anti-racism practices.
  • Zachary Vraa, BS ’14 sport management, launched A to Z Creamery in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
  • Taylor Swoboda, BS ’13 public relations and advertising, was promoted to business deposit operations supervisor at Gate City Bank, Fargo. She previously was a deposit and retirement specialist and customer service representative.
  • Reed Duchscher, BS ’13 exercise science, leads Night Media, Dallas, which is the fastest growing digital talent firm of its kind. He is best known for his past work with Dude Perfect and as business manager to YouTube stars MrBeast, Preston, and Typical Gamer.
  • Palmer Obembe, BS ’19 civil engineering, joined Houston Engineering Inc.’s Fargo team as an engineer to support water resources projects.
  • Alyssa Martin, BS ’11 hospitality and tourism management, was promoted to the role of assistant vice president, deposit operations and training manager at Gate City Bank, Fargo.
  • Sadie Rudolph, MA ’14 mass communication, was promoted to agency marketing director for RR46’s partners.
  • Casey Friedrich, BS ’10 marketing, was promoted to vice president of operations at Park Co. Realtors in Fargo. She joined the company in 2013.
