  • James Duletski, BS ’13 agricultural economics, joined Peterson Farms See of Prosper, North Dakota, as a sales agronomist. He will work at the Hunter, North Dakota, location.
  • Mary Corwin Herring, BS ’80 physical education, MS ’89, secondary education, was honored for Scholarly Advancement of Teacher Education in the Field of Educational Technology by the Teacher Education Division of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology. She lived in Waterloo, Iowa.
  • Justin Bargmann, BS ’01 agricultural economics, joined the staff of American Bank Center in Mandan, North Dakota.
  • Austin Somonieg, BS ’15 industrial engineering and management, is a risk improvement representative for North Dakota at EMC Insurance Cos. in Bismarck, North Dakota.
  • Ryan L. Smith, BS ’15 business administration, retired from professional football. He played two seasons for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and one for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League.
  • Melissa Keney, BS ’04 business administration, was named director of customer experience and corporate communications at Alerus in Fargo. She joined Alerus in 2005 and previously held leadership roles within the retail sales team before joining marketing in 2007.
  • Jayson Kuznia, BS ’97 mechanical engineering, was recognized as a North Dakota Professional Builder by the North Dakota Association of Builders. He is owner and co-founder of Titan Homes in Fargo.
  • Michael Orth, BS ’02 agricultural economics, MS ’06, agribusiness and applied economics, was promoted to construction manager of Kilbourne Construction Management, Fargo.
  • Heidi Erickson, BS ’16 social science education and psychology, joined the Kilbourne Group in Fargo as office manager.
  • Reed Lawrence, BS ’16 management information systems, is a programmer/analyst for CoreLink Administrative Solutions in Fargo.
