To obtain the CMS service, NDSU faculty and staff should
Contact the IT Help Desk
Provide your username or email address and indicate that you need a CMS account
You should receive an email confirmation of the request
When you receive an email confirmation that the request has been resolved, your account is created. You can contact a workspace manager to request access to the pages you need to edit.
NDSU students who are employed by a university department may also have CMS service to complete their work responsibilities. They must contact the IT Help Desk to initiate an account request. The student's work supervisor is required to confirm the student's status as a student employee before the request will be completed.
Get permissions to a specific site
The CMS service gives you the ability to log into CMS, not access to any particular page/site within CMS.
If you are a site owner, you will get access to your own site when it is created.
For all other account members, you should contact the site owner/manager to gain permission to the site. The site owner must log into CMS and use the NDSU Admin module to grant you permissions in his site.
