CERTIFIED THERAPY DOGS
OLIVER
Hi, my name is Oliver, and I am a three year old English Setter. I am certified as an AKC Canine Good Citizen. My mom Amber is one of the counselors at NDSU, and I accompany her to the NDSU Counseling Center to help students feel more at ease during their counseling sessions and in group therapy. I also enjoy attending special events and workshops when asked.
I love treats, and really enjoy learning new tricks. On my days off, I enjoy doing all sorts of activities including going to the lake, looking for pheasants in the field, playing with my “dog brothers”, and lounging on the couch. My motto of life is “Have fun!”.
WATSON
Hi, I'm Watson, and I am a two-year old English Setter. I am registered with Therapy Dog International and love to come to the NDSU Counseling Center and see students. I attend the Graduate Student Support Group that is facilitated by my Mom, Dr. Amber Bach-Gorman. I also get to be a part of some of individual counseling sessions if students feel that I can be helpful to them. When I'm not working at the NDSU Counseling Center, I enjoy hanging on the couch, playing in water, and wrestling with my brother Oliver and my little sister Addie! I look forward to meeting you!
