Great Plains S.S. Council 2019
The Great Plains Social Studies Council 2019 workshop will consist of several breakout sessions that deal with a variety of social studies topics. Each session will instruct and promote current and best pedagogical practices.
Attendees will be required to attend a minimum of five breakout sessions as well as a debriefing session. They will also create two lesson plans using information and material acquired at the workshop and give feedback with a purpose on other participants’ lesson plans.
Attendees will demonstrate mastery of two social studies teaching methods learned in the workshop.
