Join us in Bottineau through this interactive class exploring project WET resources and implementing the lessons in their classroom. Participants will transfer the summer institute's field studies to practical classroom applications.
- Educators will apply the techniques they learned during the summer institute
- Provide teachers with the opportunity to develop lesson plans from activities related to water education.
- Build capacity for educators to transfer the institute's field studies to practical classroom applications.
Materials will be provided.
About The InstructorAngela Bartholomay
Angela is an Associate Professor of Science at Dakota College, holds an M.S. degree in Science and has substantial experience teaching science courses and curriculum development. Angela has extensive experience in educational outreach activities, which includes her role as a Project WET Facilitator, Lead Facilitator of Annual Watershed institutes, and facilitator of water festivals. Angela has 40+ years teaching experience.
Pre-requisite: Attendance & participation on June 1 & 2, 2020 in Bottineau, ND.
