Course Description:

This course will offer hands on technology training for classroom teachers. It will focus on integrating technology in the classroom focusing on such timely topics as the flipped classroom, social media in learning, gaming based learning, the Google Classroom, and utilizing technology to improve classroom behavior. PBS LearningMedia will be utilized and implemented as well as other PBS resources.  


Educators will:

  1. leave with lesson planning guidelines, sample lesson plans, strategies for cross-curricular and technology-based lesson planning;
  2. knowledge of digital media and technology rich resources that are available for the classroom.

About The Instructor

Tim Wollenzien

Tim received his Doctor of Philosophy in Music with emphasis in Music & his M.A. in Music Education from University of Minnesota.  He received his B.S. in Music from Minnesota State University. Tim received the Distinguished Service Award, ND Music Educators Association in 2013.
