FARGO, ND- (December 4th, 2013) Distance and Continuing Education’s Executive Education program at North Dakota State University brings “Deming’s 14 Points to Transform Your Business” to business owners in a half day workshop on January 15th, 2014. Local entrepreneur Marty Riske, founder and owner of M.J. Capelli Family Hair Salons, leads this session on the 14 point philosophy that has become a standard reference for quality transformation in manufacturing and service environments. Marty has been involved in 16 different ventures over the years, and is currently leading four ventures with over 100 employees. His company, M.J. Capelli Family Hair Salons, has won the “Best of Salons” award from the Fargo Forum poll for 5 years in a row and held another record year in sales and profits in 2012.
