FARGO, ND- (May 30th, 2014) Distance and Continuing Education’s Executive Education program at North Dakota State University is offering “Leadership and Management: The Essential Foundations” on Friday June 27th from 9:00am to 4:00pm in Bismarck. The session, held at NDSU in Fargo last spring, provides new or existing managers with the skills to assess team dynamics, improve trust and influence, and motivate employees to increase their ability to lead teams. Presenter David Boehm has over 20 years of experience in the US agricultural industry and has provided leadership for businesses ranging from family-owned operations to large multi-national organizations.
