The Care Team at NDSU is not designed to respond to emergency situations. If you believe there is an immediate danger to yourself or someone else, please call campus police at (701)231-8998 or dial 911.
NDSU Strives to create a safe and healthy learning environment. As members of the campus community, you interact with students on a regular basis and may observe behaviors that concern you or are unusual for a student. When a student’s behavior goes beyond normal classroom disturbances and/or the student appears to be in distress or crisis, you can contact the Care Team for assistance.
The Care Team Referral also serves as an inlet to the NDSU Student Case Manager. Case Management is a method of providing services where a licensed social worker works with the student to assess their needs that may be presenting barriers to their success at NDSU. When appropriate, the case manager will work with the student to arrange, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, advocate, and connect students to services on and off campus.
