Before reporting your login issue check the steps below:
Step 1: Verify Digital Measures Link
Ensure you are accessing the correct Digital Measures link: https://www.digitalmeasures.com/login/ndsu/faculty/authentication/authenticateShibboleth.do
Step 2: Clear Cache and Cookies
If you received an error message (such as "ERROR Shibboleth"): Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Press "Ctrl" (or "Command" on a Mac), "Shift", and tap "Delete". Then exit/quit all browser windows and re-open browser.
Step 3: Use Internet Explorer
Use Internet Explorer, if all other browsers do not allow you to login (such as Firefox, Google).
