Join NDSU Dining’s Culinary Team of experts for our NEW Dining Demos. Each demo will feature one of our trained professionals, who will guide you through an interactive teaching session. Check out our first event coming up next week, and mark your calendar for the entire series! 

These events are FREE with any unlimited access or block plan entry into the dining centers. Walk-in visitors are also welcome to attend for the normal $10 lunch rate.

DIY Vegan Eating

Tuesday, February 25 | Residence Dining Center | 1:30pm

Vegan eating in the Dining Centers is easy with tips from our culinary team and guidance from our experienced dietitians. Guided by Austin Hagstrom, this demo will lead you through five dining center stations where you will learn how to create eight vegan-friendly, and oh-so-delicious, meals. Non-vegans welcome :-)

Build-Your-Own Cookie Dough

NDSU's edible cookie dough is a Bison fan fav, and now it gets even better. Join NDSU Pastry Chef, Danielle Swedberg Fennell, as she leads you through the process of creating three types of BYO Cookie Dough:

  1. Salted Caramel Cookie Dough
  2. Cookies and Cream Cookie Dough
  3. Rainbow Sprinkle Cookie Dough

In addition to making a cookie dough that is delicious enough to eat by the spoonful, this event will also include new ways to utilize cookie dough in different recipes!
