NDSU Dining is modernizing our behind the scenes operations in Residence Dining Center, including a complete remodel of the kitchen and dish room to better meet your needs and the needs of thousands of Bison in the future.

RDC Closure

To complete this exciting and expansive project, the RDC is closing for the remainder of the semester starting Friday, March 12 at 2:30pm.

New Expanded Options  | March 22 - May 14

NDSU Dining is upping the ante by bringing back your most requested fan favs and adding unbelievable new offerings.

  1. Bison Beanery AND Bakery: The Bison Beanery will not only remain open, but we will now serve a variety of bakery items. The entire west side of the RDC will be open seating, so feel free to grab a coffee and goodies, then settle in for a study sesh. You can also feel free to grab your food to go from West or the Union, then pop into the RDC to eat. Bison Beanery is open to meal plan holders only, and will not be available to cash customers. 
  2. Iced Coffee: West will offer vanilla and mocha iced coffee and a variety of syrups flavors, like caramel, vanilla and more! This will be located in the beverage area next to Global. 
  3. Union Carving Station: Select Fridays, the Union will be offering a carving station with premier cuts of meat. Follow @ndsudining to find out dates!
  4. Union Pizza to Order: Head to the UDC to get your gluten-free cheese or pepperoni pizzas everyday for lunch and dinner. Pizzas will be made to order and will take about 9-10 minutes to bake.  
  5. Soft Serv Ice Cream is BACK: You asked, we delivered. Soft serv ice cream and toppings are back at West and the Union.
  6. More Variety, More Options: Both the UDC and WDC will have more menu options than ever before! Endless variety, with a heavy serving of your favorites. 
  7. Italian Soda Station per favore: You got it. Located in the the south side of the WDC, the new beverage station will include a wide assortment of syrups and flavors for the perfect Italian soda. Prego. 
  8. WDC Bakery: Hot from the oven goodies are back at West. We are reopening the bakery to provide you the all the sweets you could ever desire.

West Dining Center: Dine-in or Takeout
Monday - Thursday: 7am - 11pm
Friday: 7am - 8pm
Saturday: 8am - 8pm
Sunday: 8am - 9pm

Union Dining Center: Dine-in or Takeout
Monday - Thursday:7am - 8pm
Friday: 7am - 7pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Bison Beanery (open to meal plan holders only): Dine-in or Takeout
Monday - Thursday: 7am - 8pm
Friday: 7am - 7pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
