Food Allergies and Dietary Needs
At NDSU Dining, our goal is to provide an all inclusive dining experience for our students. Residence Dining Center is our designated allergen friendly and nut free facility on campus, providing students with sensitive diets the opportunity to eat fully prepared meals. The Options Station serves lunches and dinners that are free from fish, shellfish, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, tree nuts and wheat. Homemade allergen friendly desserts and pastries are also often provided, which are prepared from scratch at the Options Station in order to avoid cross contamination.
Next year (2019/2020 academic year), the West Dining Center will be the designated allergen friendly and nut free facility. Clean Eats is the name of the station that will provide students with clean eating options, free of the top 8 allergens.
