Residence Dining Center: Summer

 

 

The Residence Dining Center is the dining host of many summer conferences, please visit the conference programs page for more information.

Residence Dining Center: Fall/Spring Semesters

Residence Dining Center is a full-service dining facility located in the Reed Johnson-Weible complex. The RDC offers continuous service with soup, salad, and sandwich stations, as well as a grill and continental breakfast area. Along with our continuous service areas, the RDC has been renovated to house four separate serving stations, each offering unique, tailored menu items.

CLASSICS: Serving all of your favorite “home cooked” dishes, from cheesey omelets to pepperoni pizza. Classics is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday, and open for brunch & dinner on Sunday.

GRILL: Grilling up an American staple and all time favorite, burgers! Chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, and a vegetarian option are also offered daily at the Grill, along with a feature of the day. open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday, and open for lunch & dinner on the weekend.  

OPTIONS: A complete menu tailored for students with food allergies! Menu items include the chicken burrito bowl, meatloaf, and more. Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

***The availability of some stations may be effected by summer camps and activities. For a full menu, please visit our menus page. Menus are always posted ten days in advance for your convenience.***

NDSU Dining has designated the Residence Dining Center as an allergy sensitive and nut free facility. Schedule a visit with the department Registered Dietician to discuss special dietary needs and how we can provide the right options for you.
